Zemmy Momah - Creative Award WinnerBest-selling artist Amy Macdonald recently judged the final of the annual Shure Creative Award, an innovative competition for aspiring singer-songwriters. The award is jointly sponsored by Shure and the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance.

Applicants were asked to upload a video of themselves performing an original song to www.shurecreativeaward.com which following a round of public voting and judging by a panel of experts resulted in a final ten being passed on to Amy, who chose the overall winner.

Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora will be heard on the b-side of the debut single from American Idol runner-up Bo Bice. Sambora played guitar on 'Vehicle', a cover of an Ides of March hit from 1970, which will be the b-side to Bice's debut 'Inside Your Heaven'. Both songs were produced by Desmond Child who also produced and wrote songs for Bon Jovi.
Simon Fuller's 19 Recordings label will release the song through Sony-BMG on June 21.
